Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of LyraFlow AI (the "Service") provided by LyraFlow AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and capable of entering contracts. If registering for a business, you represent authority to bind it.

2. Service Description

We provide AI-powered virtual receptionist services: automated call answering, lead qualification, appointment booking, and related features via third-party providers (Convocore, Twilio, ElevenLabs, etc.). The Service is automated (not human-operated).

3. Account & Subscriptions

  • Create an account with accurate info.
  • Subscriptions are paid monthly/annually via Stripe (at the price quoted to you).
  • Auto-renew unless cancelled.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not:

  • Use for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
  • Transmit spam, viruses, or infringe IP.

We may suspend/terminate for violations.

5. Payment & Billing

  • Fees are non-refundable except as stated.
  • Late payments may incur fees or suspension.
  • Taxes (including HST) are your responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

We own the Service, AI models, and outputs (except your input data). You get a limited license to use the Service during your subscription.

7. Your Data & Responsibilities

  • You own your data (e.g., call recordings, leads).
  • You grant us a license to process it for providing/improving the Service.
  • You must obtain consent from callers for recording/processing where required (e.g., play disclosure message).

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Service provided "as is", with no warranties of uninterrupted, error-free use.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Total liability limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

  • You may cancel anytime (access ends at period end).
  • We may terminate for breach, non-payment, or legal reasons.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Ontario and Canadian law. Disputes resolved in Toronto courts.

11. Changes

We may update Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
